#23 TASKVisualizer window is wrong size

The TASKVisualizer window contents are unreadable
except when it's the "right" size (1024x768? exact
value is unclear...) But on creation, the window is
smaller, and needs resizing before use.

Either fix the first problem, or at least make sure the
window is created at a readable size.
