#268 Missing file in atm128 folder

We have been developing a new driver connected to a micaZ mote and we felt the necessity of having a file in /opt/tinyos-2.x/tos/chips/atm128/pins called Atm128GpioC.nc that is a generic module that redirect the basic calls to digital pins to HplGeneralIO calls. Find attached the file to be added to the new distribution of TinyOS if you think that is necessary, it is at least for us
