Just extract the archive under your web server
DOCUMENT_ROOT (eg: /var/www).
You should rename the directory
"tinynews-version" to "tinynews" or whatever you want.
Open config.php and edit to your hearts content.
Open your browser and type:
http://localhost/tinynews
