The user can edit the H1, H2,... style and selected text style directly in TinyMCE text.

When Style Library Opens, it detects the current context to start with the right editor, e.g. table editor.

It could detect cursor in H1, H2, etc, and then could compare the style to applied inline styles on that element, and it could offer to change the base style to the one under cursor.

Office packages also have this feature, to copy the style from the text into their "style library".
