tinyJS: First Release Candidate

Version 0.0.1rc1 hits the road! It has lots of improvements, the best of all being prototyped Selections (which makes things faster, since the methods need not being copied anymore) and a lot of shiny new plugins. The first somewhat complete version of the documentation both in english and german is available too.
