I'm using tf 5.0 beta 8 on a RHEL5 system. I connect via SSH and resume a screen session to get to my worlds. This works great from another linux box, or if I use PuTTY from a windows box, but when I connect using SecureCRT 6.0.2 (build 260), I get an odd scrolling behaviour. It doesn't happen in a straight bash shell, and it doesn't happen within screen, just for tf traffic. What happens is that when I do a command that outputs a significant amount of text, it scrolls slowly, as if there were a small delay between each line displayed.

This is annoying because it takes twice as long to get the output of a trace, or a long WHO or whatever, in SecureCRT than it does in any other Term I've tried.

As I said, this only happens with tf as displayed in a SecureCRT 6.0.2 term. I used SecureCRT 5 before rebuilding my system, and I did not see this behaviour.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
