If for some reason this isn't suitable (e.g. they need to be hosted elsewhere), you can use hypermail (www.hypermail.org) or a similar program to convert the mailing list archives to html. In both cases, the list doesn't seem to be searchable, but hypermail does recommend some search scripts that work with normal html files that would work.
