#135 Align right to left in text and note

Please add an option "right to left" that will align the text in the text and in the note anotation.

currently, in note, you can right click and choose it in the menu given by the window. it do it for the text box itself, in which you type, but not in the result on the design itself.

currently I have to use few text box for each line instead of one note for all the lines.

Maybe it can be add as part of the Font dialog box, as alignment right left and center.

currently using version 2.80.08 build #631
