#114 Toolbar button group for grid control

I have been using Tiny CAD for over 10 yrs. The one thing I really want urently are toolbar buttons for: "Snap to grid", "Normal grid", "Fine grid". The "Snap to grid" Keyboard shortcut currently implemendet "SHIFT+CTRL+N" is too complex.
Keyboard shortcuts using the F keys would be great. A good start would be to replace "SHIFT+CTRL+N" with "F1".
