#87 Symbol Attribute control

Using V2.70.00 #228 beta
Mostly very nice but found a few issues

Editing a schematic originally generated in v2.60.01:-
(Libraries not converted.)

No way found to inhibit the "<attributename =="">" when (some existing) attributes are displayed.</attributename>

Cannot delete attributes which are in the library symbol.
Cannot delete attributes added to a symbol in another schematic which is then copied to this one.

Attribute added to symbol on schematic is never displayed whether 'Show?' is 'Yes' or 'No'

Hope this is an easy one an I've got it right
