#85 Symbol text position error

If a symbol contains text (not the attributes) then if it is placed with orientation other than the default the text may not be in the expected position relative to the outline and pins.

I have just come across a bug that manifests itself as label movement when parts are mirrored which is the same as the bug listed here.
