#70 Ref des origin located differently than other parameters

Presently, TinyCAD locates the origin of the reference designator on a different Y coordinate than it locates other parameters such as the symbol name. If the reference designator is then manually moved to the top left corner of a symbol, and the symbol name is moved to the top right corner of a symbol, the two text strings do not align along a common bottom edge. Also, the reference designator should be raised slightly (as are the other parameters) so that if the designator includes an underscore character, the character will be visible and not simply disappear into the symbol's rectangular outline box (if present).
