#211 Note box not working after W10 1903 update

Micros**t forced me to 'update' to v1903 yesterday and now I find that the TinyCAD Note Text Tool loses any text in it.
(Also the 'Duplicate' and 'Copy/Paste' functions do not work on the note in the sheet if it is now empty)
Trying to type into the Options box shows nothing in the Note box on the drawing.
Copying a box from a previous design shows the text as before but any modification loses it all.
I see there is a r701 but it doesn't appear to refer to this.
(Not the first time a w-update has broken things)
(Still works fine on XP in a VM)

Also tried with 2.80.06 #626 with the same result.

i5 750 12GB RAM
Any solution possible?
