#203 Shape Fill prevents wire selection

If I fill a rectangle, ellipse, or polygon, I can no longer select wire segments that are totall inside the filled area - despite selecting Z Order->Send To Back on the shape. Trying to select the wire segment always selects the shape. If I remove the fill, I can select the wire as expected.
