#171 Help file access problem
I have just updated to 2.80.03 and find that the 'Help/Open TinyCAD User Manual' menu option no longer works.
'C:\Program Files (x86)\TinyCAD2803\TinyCAD' is the install location in Win 7 (64) Pro
The TinyCAD.chm and Tinycad_Manual.pdf both appear in the folder and can be opened by clicking.
Previous versions of TinyCAD (still present) used to open the manual from the menu but no longer do so.
I have tried shut-down and restart to no effect.
Trying the various versions it seems to affect version 2.80.x as v2.70.x and 2.60.x work OK (on my Win XP system)
Phil (was elcophil but sourceforge doesn't like my log-in any more.)
