#100 Install in Windows 7

Downloaded the latest TinyCAD 2.70.00 b248 from sf web site.
Ran it to install under Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. (Also a clean installation)

The resulting installed program will not run - error message says cannot find msvcr71.dll.
This file has to be downloaded (from somewhere else) and placed in the TinyCAD install directory.
(Preferred location according to Microsoft) (If your OS has been used a bit you may already have it I suppose)

TinyCAD will then run but cannot find any library files. (Unless you run as admin)
These have to be copied/moved from their installed location to a non-system path and then added.

It would be nice if the install package was complete and resulted in a usable system first off.
(Maybe that's why there are 3 thumbs-down on the rating page)

This probably applies to Vista too.

Works now though.
