I did not think that any one would want a copy of the full CVS
repository (about 25 MB).
I just tested the rsync command on a clean existing directory, and it
works for me. Maybe there was a problem at SF.
You can also download a tar archive on SF-viewcv [1].
Since there has not been any changes, to CVS, in months, the file should
be up to date.
