[Tiny-cobol-users] "Inspect replacing" implemented.

Hi,

Please the cobol experts here, test the "inspect .. replacing ..."
statement to see if there are bugs in it.  The tallying phrase was not
implemented yet, but anyway it's far easier to do. (I prefer to do the
most difficult part first :)
A short test is in test.code/t14.

Please report any inconsistency or misbehaviour fast, so I can move to
other things.  Thank you.
