Hi,

I have started to implement Alternate Record Keys.

So far the the open and close statements will open and close all the files
associated with alternate record keys.

The write statement will write out all the keys. I still need to code
logic to return the correct error codes.

I need to write the code for read, read next, read prev, delete and start.
This should be finished in the next few days. 

The system will create a seperate file for each alternate key. This file
will contain the alternate key as well as the master key. We then will use
the master key to read the data record.

See t04 for some idea of how it works.
