[Tiny-cobol-users] TC version 0.64 and beyond

Some time in the new year I will release TC 0.64.

Some of the new or improved features will include,
- variable length files (including indexed)
- RELATIVE files (including variable length)
- File IO re-write (including SORT IO)
- Grammar fixes
- Memory leaks fixes
...

Some of the features not included,
- record key qualification
- DECLARATIVES
...

This will be my final contribution to the TC project.
