I'm developing any web example applications with TinyCOBOL to insert in our test.code and I would like what do you think about we create a run-time library (ex: libhtcobol3.so or libhtcobolweb.so) to cgi and html preprocess routines(cgi-util.c, htmlproc.c and others to create).

I think also that, we could re-manage test.code examples to make easier life to user, including create a example in our test.code using declaratives. Talking about declaratives, is it full implemented?.
