[Tiny-cobol-users] Changes to RTS names

Hi all,

I've started to implement changes in the RTS routine names,
adding or changing the prefix cob_ into tcob_.

I hope to finish in a few days, so we can be free to issue
a 0.59 release.

As usual, any unexpected behavior ...
