Well, a road map would be:

1. CGI input from the GET-method.
2. CGI output using templates with simple substitution.
3. CGI input from the POST method
4. CGI input for uploading files.
5. CGI output using templates with simple scripting.

I need your ideas, related to COBOL. Do not hesitate to send them.
