    Ah, never mind the last question: it's apparently an XML file in \Tinn-R\data.

    And considering the request, it seems like package {XML} might be helpful. I'll look into that if I find the time. However, scripting suggestions here would be appreciated!

    Dear William,

    Tinn-R is a multi-user program. In this way, the hotkeys are stored in user level (Windows 7): User/AppData/Roaming/Tinn-R/ini/Tinn.ini/ see [R Hotkeys] and [R Custom], along with other information. I can not see how to implement your suggestion using a R script.

    Once the user set your hotkeys they are stored (when closing) for future use for the user who defined it.
