Tinn-R continuously uses between 2-10% cpu power, if (and only if) Rgui is not started.
This happens consistently:
Start Tinn-R, minimize it to the taskbar with no files opened, and it will still burn away CPU cycles. This behavior stops instantly the moment I open Rgui (not Rterm), and starts again when I close it.
Seems like a small thing, but its really annoying when you're running on battery on a laptop.
I'm using Tinn-R 188.8.131.52 and R 2.8.0 on Vista Business SP1.
