#1 PPP Function

Make a PPP connection to a remote server or act as an
incoming PPP server. The function(s) control the state
of the server E.g. (@PPP connect blah.blah 099992993
alan pwd) then later (@PPP disconnect).

Also possibly have a new "reaction" category so that
users can assign actions when a PPP connection is
made. (so that the following scenario works - (a) 5am -
PPP connection made (b) if connection made, upload
record file to remote server (c) 5.10am disconnect PPP
