This project got started out of my frustration searching my company's file server. I needed a budget from one of our construction projects and found four or five excel files with budget in the name and a set on consonants that might have been Strawberry Mansion.

When I opened each there were columns of figures and associated descriptions that might be a budget, there were even lines that looked like totals, some even had formula that yielded a logical result.

I never saw the words "Final Budget" or a total equal to what I thought was the total sources of funds. In some cases I found totals that didn't total.

After I got the first workable code and started to play with what I had I made discovery.

If I got the title and abstracts of documents correct it was not only easier to find things, it was easier to get things in the right category; to see the evolution of the work; get users to work with the documentation system than fight.

So a big part of this project is not another cloud based storage system put something that explains whats there; that leads the user to constructive use of the storage; that documents what has been accomplished with all this data.
