After some more searching, I find that this is only a partial collection.
The complete set of soundfonts is called the "ZSF Distribution" and contains
39 Gigabytes worth of free soundfonts.

For anyone who may be interested, the best torrent for the ZSF Distribution
seems to be here:

These soundfonts are in the public domain (no copyrights) and the download
is perfectly legitimate.

Again, if anyone knows of an alternate source, please let us know.
