Version: Latest (2.13.2 compiled from source) but also version form package manager on Ubuntu Server 10.04 x86
Download Sample .MID and .SF2 (900KB): http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BCWY2HM0
CLI Usage: echo "soundfont \" GM SoundFonts - E-mu APS 1 MB GM.sf2\"" > /usr/local/share/timidity/timidity.cfg && /usr/local/bin/timidity -EFreverb=0 ONESTOP.MID -Ow -o out.wav
As you can see this command will lock up and convert half a .wav file. This soundfont I found randomly on internet and works with other MIDI files. Same with this MIDI file works with other SF2 files. It's this combination that crashes TiMidity++.
Just my friendly bug report to open source community, fix if you wish :)
