#3 Ship names in error message

Often the game crashes when some ship has been
destroyed and since i like to play and test the
experimental ship designs as well, i would like to know
which ship might have crashed the game. The standard
message "Ack!!!! (1)" does not help me at all, therefor
i would like to see which ships are loaded and which
ships are currently in load progress. Maybe added to
the crash message?
So i could take the crashing ships out of the list.
