This program provides user-space control for the H.110
Bus Support patch (request id 816618). It allows for
configuring of the clockings, monitoring of alarms, and
configuration of the Time Slot Interchanger.

This program includes linux/t8110.h, so it either needs
to be there, or the KERNELDIR= option needs to be
passed to make to specify the location of a TimeSys
kernel with this header file in include/linux.
