Read Me

The Time Ephemerides software project consists of software and
associated data to create, manipulate, and interpolate time
ephemerides of the Earth (and potentially other solar system
bodies). This git repository currently contains two software
subprojects of this project.  The ephcom subproject whose latest
release is ephcom-3.0.0 consists of the files in the subdirectory
jpl_ephemerides/ephcom.  This subproject consists of the software to
manipulate and interpolate time and positional ephemerides of the
planets.  The te_gen subproject whose latest release is te_gen-2.0.0
consists of the files in the subdirectory time_ephemerides/te_gen.
This subproject creates time ephemerides based on fundamental
relationships and the motions of the planets that are interpolated by
ephcom.  For further details about the Time Ephemerides project and
