When I am entering in a manual record, the AM/PM does not show up on the time. Attached is a screen shot. I am using this in Mac OSX Snow Leopard.

I am having the same issue on OSX Lion (10.7.2)
You seem to have CSS turned off. Please don't fill out this field.
It happened to me also once, you can fix it by resetting your computer time settings, once fixed in the right am/pm settings problem is gone
I'm also having this problem. I'm using Snow Leopard with default time settings.
