#28 process does not stop

I am not sure if this has been submitted, I am sorry if it already has. w7 x32, when click on the X close button, this does not kill the timecult.exe process. I have to kill it manually so that I can use the feature "open the last project" . If i am in the program and go to file, close, then it closes out just fine.

Again if this is a known issue sorry for the post.
