0.3.0 Released

This release brings many new features, and represents a much more mature version of the program. There are too many additions to list here, but it should upgrade smoothly with just make ; make install.

It also fixes a buffer-overflow in the cawfeecgi library. If you are using 0.2.1 in the wild, you _need_ this new version.

I never really expected anyone to download this at all, but evidently people are. If you are using it for real, drop me a line (it'll make me feel warm and fuzzy) and also it'll let me keep you updated about security patches and whatnot.

I do run this package on my network (indeed, I installed 0.3.0 on it just minutes ago) but it is still alpha code, and not fully complete (customer invoicing is the final feature I wanted to add).
