#20 Increase Zoom on tile ui elements (like tile chooser).

There are two UI elements that contain your tiles and it appears I can't zoom in on them.
They are the "tile chooser", the row in the bottom where you can click tiles to select them; and the tile repetition example block under the color chooser. I want to work on very small tiles 16 x 16 and I want to see them clearly on a 1920 x 1080 because they game will be a zoomed in version of 180 x 320.
