#6 Bitmap export problems

There are three bugs in the export of bitmaps form the
programmable scripting system.

1) Images cannot be correctly saved as PNG files - we
talked about that in a different thread already.

2) Saving a bitmpa does not take my "Background
color" setting - as set in "Export Tiles" into
consideration and fills empty tiles with pink color instead
of the green that I have set.

3) The image dimensions of the bitmap are incorrect. I
tell the script to save the bitmap with a width of 1280
pixels but the resulting bitmap turns out to be 1218.
