When a lot of tiles are in a file (eg. Sint - L1), a
scrollbar is displayed that obscures the bottom half of
the tile selection strip at the bottom of the program
window.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce this problem and haven't heard
anyone else having it. Which Windows version are you
running?
