[TilEm-devel] updated build for windows that supports TI-84 CSE

Any chance we're going to see an updated version of TiLem for Windows that supports the TI-84 CSE?  I have done this in Linux (building the 758 trunk from source) and it works well.  Many of my students have the CSE now and I like to be able to show them techniques using the same model that they have.  I prefer TiLem to Wabbitemu --- for starters, your default key bindings make a lot more sense than theirs.

I appreciate all the work you've done on this software.  Speaking as a math teacher, you've probably helped save school districts thousands of dollars.
