The last version has no instruction nor files to install on windows.

The files like *.sh can't be executed on windows so there no solution to install the product.

the <FilesMatch "*"> are not accepted ans creates errors of Apache for windows

This product is reserved to linux system, these should be explained we will not lost our time.
