(important for the users list too, imo)
I don't think it's possible to not display it by default, since the only
way to get a module into the user-assignable is to assign it to a column
and usergroup. You can then (as a user) go back and delete the modules
from the myTiki modules screen. It works kinda funky that way... It'd
be nice to be able to assign modules directly to the user-assignables,
or have a checkbox with the config that says 'display module' or not.
