1. Attachments are attached the the particular *page*. Consider using the File Gallery instead, if you want to be able to remove pages but keep the files.

2. You can use the FILE plugin instead of hard coding the link.

  The strange thing is that a bit below, I have this markup:

   

  * [tiki-download_wiki_attachment.php?attId=62|Naomi Baer, Trends in Crowdsourcing : Case Studies from Not-For-Profit and For-Profit Organizations]

   

  And that one works OK. What is wrong with the first one?

   

  One difference between that one and the others, is that the attachment #62 is attached to the file I am pointing to, whereas the other attachments are attached to a different page. I was assuming that I could point to an attachment, even if it was on another page. Is that not the case?

   

  Another thing is that the page that the other attachments were attached to has been deleted. But I assumed that deleting the page would not necessarily delete the attachments. Is that what happened?
