OK, so the consensus is to replace the existing FAQs with wiki pages? Actually this sounds like a good plan.... I guess instead of the SUGGEST feature in FAQ, you would simply allow comments. Does this imply that we are going to drop support for the FAQ feature? It is already on the "Will be phased out" section. For the 5.0, can we formally deprecate it, and then remove the code in 6.0? Is there a way to to programmatically migrate the FAQs to wiki pages? Could this be done as part of the 6.0 install script maybe? -R --- Greetings from Sanford, NC, USA! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marc Laporte" <ma...@ma...> To: "Tikiwiki developers" <tik...@li...> Sent: Saturday, March 13, 2010 7:54 PM Subject: Re: [Tikiwiki-devel] Profiles FAQ > +1 to both > > Also, wiki makes it easy to re-order questions > > > On Sat, Mar 13, 2010 at 4:14 PM, luci aka luciash d' being <sf...@gr...> > wrote: >> i see doc.tw.o as end user/admin documentation so having dev related doc >> on dev (api doc) and profiles creation related doc on profiles seem ok to >> me >> >> as for faq i prefer wiki with history than the outdated faq feature >> >> luci >> >> >> On 03/13/2010 08:22 PM, Xavier de Pedro wrote: >>> Shouldn't we have all the documentation in a single place instead, >>> also?
