#836 Last blog posts module should link to permalink

The "last blog posts" module should contain hyperlinks
to the "permalink" to each blog entry that appears
therein. The current behavior is to merely jump to top
of the blog's main page which then requires the user to
scroll down to find the blog entry. This is just plain
wrong behavior.
