There are two options that appear in
Administration/Login are obviously misplaced. I think
they should go in Features/User Features instead.
A experimented user (he has 6 tikis!) asked for support
after spending 30 minutes looking for the theme option,
I spent myself about the same time before he finally found!
I guess I should learn PHP so I could do that by
myself, but sorry... here are the options :
Reg users can change theme
Reg users can change language
If this gets done please notice AdministrationDev.
This is fixed in trunk.
The first option is now in the Look & Feel panel.
The second was moved from Log in to i18n, though it only shows when Multilingual is enabled.

Hello,
Recap:
In Tiki 15.x
Users can change site language => i18n
Users can change their password => login
Users can change theme => look
In Tiki 16.x
Users can change site language => i18n
Users can change their password => login
Users can change theme => user
In Trunk
Users can change site language => i18n
Users can change their password => login
Users can change theme => user
IMO;
What user can change (user option) should be available in the panel user.
Feature related setting should be available with the feature setting.
Redundancy in this case is not a bad thing, make sense and are easy to maintain. (now that our prefs system has improved)
It should end like this:
Users can change site language => user andi18n
Users can change their password => user and login
Users can change theme => user and look&feel
As we started this, let’s complete. :)
