#1982 Incorrect dates displayed in Calendar module

I grabbed a copy of TikiWiki from CVS (/tiki) on July 30,
2005 @ 11:00pm EDT.

The calendar module is displaying incorrect dates in two
areas:

In the Calendar view I get days displayed with dates like:

07/31, 07/31, 11/30, 11/30, 11/30, 03/31, 03/31

The "today" date is one of the 11/30 dates

The "Today" date/link at the top of the calendar view is
correct, only dates in the view itself are incorrect.

Also, if I try to add an event to "today" the start date in
the vent is:

"Tuesday 08 of March, 112281 at 00:00"
