Unchecking "Allow HTML" alters page content containing
"<" or ">" characters, *even* if contained within the SQL
plugin. This makes the SQL plugin unusable in some cases

Of course, as a workaround, you can lock the page,
which is advised for any page containing SQL code. But it
would be cleaner to not have the "Allow HTML" checkbox
interfere with this - I guess that means reworking the
"check if this page contains HTML" test...
