#1548 Search on refer stats page only return exact matches

according to mysq.log it seems to be doing
where (`referer` like '\'%google%\'')
rather than
where (`referer` like '%google%')

This fixes it:-

BUT! I'm not sure what qstr is suppose to be doing as
it looks like its some DB abstraction layering to do
with ADOdb?
