#1284 Polls : Massive closing not working

When I create two polls for testing, assign id #1 to a
module, then click "Close all polls but last" I get the
following error. I did note that there was another poll-
related bug open, and added comment to it, but was
not sure if there is any difference between that older
bug and this one for 1.8. So I added.

    This should be fixed for 1.8.3, some DB abstraction problem
    apparently.
