#1223 WikiSyntax : ~np~ and ~pp~ partially parse Wiki links

I noticed that using a free link in a ~pp~ section
causes the generation of link entries in the database,
which is not desired, because the links are in a "non
parsed" section e.g.

~pp~((New Page))~/pp~

leads to a link entry to "New Page", which is not desired!

    I think I can't get that with ~pp~((New Page))~/pp~
Could you indicate the version you use?
And is there something special with the database?

    I'm using 1.7.4.

It gives me an entry in the "tiki_links" table which points from

fromPage: This Page toPage: New Page

Maybe it was fixed in 1.8?

    I'm using 1.7.4.

A new entry in "tiki_links" is generated:

    fromPage: ThisPage toPage: New Page

Maybe it was fixed in 1.8?

I confirm this in 1.8CVS with as visible result the
alteration of the supposedly non parsed link upon target
page's rename using either pp or np.

I'm linking from WikiDev, thanks for your report.
